"I was not happy originally as it took an extra week to get here. However for $14.99 it worth every penny as the quality is good despite what I saw from others. It was for my daughter and she is all smiles. I can say I did not read reviews until after my shipment had not shown up and after reading the reviews I was skeptical that it would show up. I filed a inquiring with Skinit and of course it was in my mailbox 3 hours later."

Application is atrocious

"They use to send you the sticker his a plastic on the top so application was precise, but now they cheap out and send inferior stickers. Trust me. Do not waste your money. The image didn't even line up when applied correctly and since it isn't sent to you properly it will look horrible. I wish I read the reviews beforehand. God what a waste of my money."

Not worth the money

"I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered my iPhone case on Skinit. I had read an online review that said the cases were well-made. This was not my experience. I've only had this version for two months and it has already fallen apart. I contacted Skinit with pics of the case falling apart. They said their warranty was only good for one month. One month? For a product that is supposed to protect a phone it should last a hell of a lot longer than one month. A protective phone case should a LOT more sturdy than this one is. Buying from Skinit was a waste of money. "

Bad service and horrible products

"We bought products from the owner Jessica Abeling and the products were imitation from China and damaged my skin. I contacted them for refunds and they just hang up the phone and do not answer. Calling us names and really unprofessional.
I would not recommend for anyone to put them Selfs in this position and to do business with this company and the really rude owner Jessica Abeling.
We didn't even get a receipt for the products so that even means she doesn't do accounting and preforms black business.

Skinit - Inconvenient Service

"When creating your custom covers, you can upload different images to preview and determine what you like. The Step by Step method didn't show me that the previous images I'd sampled were included on my order; neither did it present a comprehensive list of what was included in the order so as a new customer I assumed that what I saw was correct and that I had not added text/multiple images. I emailed Skinit because on my order confirmation it showed that I had layered multiple images and included text. Although I received a response from one of their administrators, they informed me that they could not change my order or cancel it even though it had not been shipped. The only option they presented to me was to not accept the order and return to sender; only upon receipt of the returned order would I get a refund.

I also saw that on a previous rating that a customer never received their refund. Even VistaPrint allows you to change your order multiple times as long as it hasn't shipping. I'd recommend using other service providers before Skinit.

Excellent Product Excellent Service

"I hesitated to use skinit due to the bad reviews. But, I really wanted a University of Florida Gator phone skin to go under my clear case. I decided for $14.99 it was worth a try to get what I wanted. Turns out it is a great company with stellar products, so easy to apply, and even better customer service!!!!
I made a mistake and ordered an iPhone 6 Plus skin instead of just a regular iPhone 6. I did not realize my mistake until just two days after placing my order I got an email saying my Gator skin had shipped. In the evening I reviewed my order on the email and saw for the first time that I had in fact ordered the wrong size. I used their contact us email address and told them what I had done. The next morning I had a reply from Skinit.com saying that they would send my the correct size skin for no charge (just $3.99 shipping from California to Florida) All I had to do was refuse the first wrong sized skin when it arrived and write “RETURN TO SENDER”. I did just that and in just a few more days I had my new perfect skin. So happy, I LOVE IT!!!!

"Stay the heck away from these guys. Very shady. No receipt or even acknowledgement of your order. They charge way to much and then the delivery FINALLY shows up and it's got an additional shipping charge. Just order elsewhere. In a world with so much choice there are much better options."

Do not purchase cases through this company

"This was by far the worst experience I’ve had with online ordering. On the website the cases look legitimate and well built. That is definitely not the case. The case I received was cheap quality and flimsy. I customized my case with a Chicago Cubs decal that on the website looked very clean, however it is just a cheap sticker thrown sloppily on the back of a cheap case you can’t even see the design details because the quality is so cheap. The shipping was atrocious as well. I had paid for two day air on March 6th and did not receive my cases until the 13th.
On to the computer cases. Turns out they aren’t cases at all. I just ended up spending $30 on a cheap sticker. Do not purchase anything through this company!!!

Not the quality that you'd expect for the price.

"The print quality is pretty bad as the picture is fuzzy and lines aren't really smooth. There with small black dots throughout the print which wasnt in the original photo so i dont know why they were in there. The case is also suspiciously similar to my case from red bubble which opens the question to whether they buy the cases from red bubble and resell them for more. They do allow you to send the case back to the US to get it swapped, but i had to pay 12 pound custom fees just to receive it and im not willing to pay that again. Customer service also takes ages to reply and has very vague solutions. Overall, if youre planning on buying a case, get it from red bubble as i think its exactly the same quality (it has the exact same shape, material, cuts and finish.) and its cheaper."

Great customer service

"I’ve read a lot of reviews saying that people had bad experiences with the customer service, but I had a really fantastic experience via email. I received the wrong size for my custom product and wrote an email stating my disappointment. It was only a day or two before Christmas, so I expected not to hear back right away. I received an email a few days after Christmas. Turns out that I ordered the wrong size (which they pointed out, but very professionally and in a way to help with future orders), but they offered me a complete refund or a free reorder. I went ahead and purchased a new skin, but made sure it was the correct size this time."

Horrible Customer Service

"I ordered to skins on December 6th and the website indicated i would receive an email with the expected ship date. I never received a confirmation email so I called and was told yes they received my order and I would receive an email when the item shipped and given a order number. On 12/16 still no email or item so I called and was placed on hold for 20 minutes. Today is 12/22 still no email or item so I sent them an email as instructed on my order; no response so I called, placed on hold for 25 minutes and then recorded message comes on saying no customer service reps are available to take my call so please leave a message. Oh yeah the charge came through ok but no delivery on product. Not happy at all and will not drop this until I get resolution."
