"I ordered an all Cotton 3'x5' American Flag on June 5th from Online Stores Inc. They sent a confirmation email but I have NOT received the Flag and have NOT been able to get through to a live person when I called (auto response was 20 minute wait and I held on for over 50 minutes) and then I tried emailing them and got a response saying I would hear from them shortly ---- still NOTHING from this Company! We are VERY UPSET! Yesterday was Flag Day and we had NO FLAG to put up on our Pole!!! No one responds and I should have had the Flag in a couple of days as we only live a State away from them. Order #1900025610 was placed on June 5, 2018. PLEASE HELP!!!!"

"Called and emailed numerous times in one day was told it would only be 20 minutes, didn't hear a word nor got a call back all day and I called in the morning! "Ordered on May 14, assured that flags would arrive in time for Memorial Day-Arrived May 29, day after the holiday! Called several times before holiday-on hold for 45 minutes or more each time- CSR could not find my order-("....we changed computer systems and can't really find your order, but we're pretty sure it has shipped. Can't give you a tracking number. Can you call back?) You're kidding right? Went to return though their return system, guess again, since they changed systems can't get a return label. Well I guess I have flags for next year, purchased a year in advance!!! Oh and the purchase date below, is when they tagged my credit card, not when I placed order."

"I ordered on the 22nd. The item didn't arrive until the 5th. I wouldn't have ordered if your response had not said will arrive on the 30th. Don't blame it on the holiday. 4th of July is not a huge mail traffic holiday. And IF it is, you have been in the business long enough to know to make an adjustment. So the end result is you lost a sale for next year because now I don't need to order them next year. "
Civic Club flag pole purchase.
"So far the On Line store has proven to be a very good company to work with. I ordered 8ft oak flag poles for our Sertoma Club Flag program and upon receiving them, set up a flag pole with our 4x6 flag. The pole was not tall enough when placed in the pvc sleeve and it touched the ground. Immediately I requested a return, ordered 9ft poles and was successful with that purchase. The return process was flawless except I had to pay for shipping back to the On Line store. In other on line purchase companies, the return is paid for. Otherwise, the experience has been good. "
