"The salesman was unsure if these motorcycle covers were covered by warranty he checked and processed my exchange for two new covers. I appreciated his efforts but wish the covers were made of a canvas like material as used on car and boat covers that seem to last much longer."

"I drove 38 miles to fix a mistake Chloe had made because they wouldn't take my credit card over the phone to reimburse my credit card. I spoke to John the sales clerk who could not do simple math and became hostile. They owed me $65 but only wanted to refund me $55. I overheard him and the store manager Shawn talking about the measly $10 in the back room. They came out and then they got into my face arguing with me over it, knowing I had to drive almost 80 miles because they wouldn't do the reimbursement over the phone onto my credit card. I have never had a worse customer service experience ever at a Cycle Gear. William Cox "
