Walmart Order number: 4561893-485276.7/5/18 Vitality Medical, Whitney Birdzell, responded saying, we just ran out and said the silver color is available.7/6/18 I asked how long before the black color is back in stock.7/6/87 Response: Found the product. We placed the order today (Fri. 7/6/17), hopefully we will see it ship out by the end of the day, if not on Monday.7/16/18 Email to Vitality Medical. Went to Walmart Tracking. It shows that FedEx delivered this order at our front door on 07/06/2018 which is not possible because you emailed me on 07/06/2018 saying it would ship out by the end of the day, and if not on Monday. I advised Walmart and email Vitality Medical, Whitney Birdzell. Fyi… When I contacted FedEx to ask how this was possible, they informed me that the tracking information that was posted on the Walmart website was for someone else and not me.7/16/17 Vitality Medical, Whitney Birdzell Response: We had a systematic error and the incorrect tracking number. Actual order has not shipped yet. Trying to get ahold of the warehouse and their Manager all morning but no one is answering or getting back to me. At one point, she advised me that the company she claims she order this from now says they don't ship to individuals and they only ship bulk orders. (My question is who did Whitney supposedly order this from in the first place and did she even get an order number? Whitney has certainly not done a good job thru this whole ordeal.) 7/16/18 Since we needed and wanted the black walking cane at the lower Walmart price, I asked Vitality Medical, Whitney Birdzell, to get back with me the next day with the status.7/17/18 Walmart emailed me saying my order was canceled and refunded. I emailed Vitality Medical, Whitney Birdzell . Apparently, she was emailing me AFTER she had canceled my order just to get rid of me. Since my husband couldn’t get the black cane he said he would take the silver cane and since Whitney canceled my order without contacting me first, I had to start all over with a new order since Whitney was NOT going to offer to finish taking care of the problem.07/17/18 When I replaced the new order it was a disaster to deal with Vitality Medical. No customer service what so ever. After canceling the order, I got an email from them saying that the silver walking cane was a different number, but they didn’t provide the number of the silver walking cane nor a link so that I could order it. Again… NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!"

Wanted it faster but didn't happen
"I ordered from this company because I thought I could receive the order the fastest and I paid extra for the faster shipping but as it turns out, they need 24 hours to process the order and since I ordered late Thursday, it was Monday before the order was shipped so the extra I paid really wasn't necessary. Also, I found that I had mis-measured and ordered a size too large so I sent them a message via their site asking if they could send one size smaller but has no response. Now I see the order has been shipped and the 2xl (which will be too large) was sent. I will try to alter it too fit so will have to do but I sure wish they would put it on their website that they need 24 plus hours to process and those hours are just counted Monday thru Friday. I could have gotten item a lot faster thru Amazon."

One of their toilet seat cushions by Medline (Guardian is the name) that they carried was defective, for which I wrote to Medline ... but that was no fault of Vitality Medical. Unfortunately with a product like that, it isn't returnable. Medline is the company which needs to concentrate more on quality control. Vitality Medical's fast service is absolutely incredible!"
