"I recently moved to South Dakota from Georgia. During the winter I fell on my concrete steps and got hurt. Made me very scared about walking outside. I searched online and found The Warming Store, and some snow/ice cleats they had for sale. They were an excellent price so I ordered them. They arrived surprisingly quickly and I love them! They slip on over any pair of shoes or boots, are of excellent quality, and I love the fact that you can order replacement studs for them instead of having to buy a whole new pair. The Warming Store staff followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. I thought this was really nice of them, especially in this day and age when customer service seems to be a thing of the past, and I will be ordering from them again in the near future. I like their products and I love their prices!"
"I ordered some wires to attach to my device approx. Feb. 26. I received confirmation the order had been received. After not receiving the order for almost a month, I checked on the status and found no shipping date, nothing. My credit card had been charged. I called Amazon, they contacted the Warming Store and I receive information from Amazon that the Warming Store would contact me within two days. This did not happen.I contacted the Warming Store directly and after quite a waiting period, they told me the part had not been in stock and had to be ordered from overseas. The order was finally processed on 26 March. They did send it priority mail without additional charge.If they would have communicated with me, I wouldn't have had to go through a time consuming process of trying to find out what was going on. I do not think they they should have charged for it until the order had been sent. Just a "heads up" for others and the Warming Store."

"i purchased the heated fleece vest, over all quality i thought was good, delivery was timely. I follow the instructions to the letter , the battery won't charge the vest is covered in lint and small white fussy's. It seems like they packed a return and sent me that. Yes I'm upset i have to get a defective code or they charge 10$ stocking fee. i can tell they put their money in the web display and not their employees. do yourself a favor just do some cardio exercise half and hour a day and eat right and get your circulation going and you will do just fine. my grandpa lived to 94 and had no probs.good luck i hope this review helps someone or the one who actually buys one and i say i told you so!"

"I've purchased two heated vests of the last 5 or so years. The first one ( 5 years ago) some internal wiring problem was not making good connection. Now this was after more than a year of hard outside work use. I contacted The Warming Store’s support, they had me send it and it was returned better than new. As that old vest (Gerbing brand) was getting pretty beat my wife gave me new one for Christmas. The new one, now called GYDE, is even nicer. Soft fabric and they work great. But, sigh, the battery connector was coming loose and, yep, contacted support, sent in my old one and brand new arrived in about a week. I love these vests, as, which is often, my wife and I cannot agree on the house temperature, I'm cold, she's hot; No problem, I crank up the own personal heat. In fact I do not even ware a jacket when going out to stores etc. as I can control my own personal heating system. I also have Gerbing motorcycle jacket and pant, great stuff as well. I have purchased a few new batteries over the years and always keep a few topped off and ready to keep my cozy. You cannot go wrong getting your heated and anything else this company sells, highly recommend! "

"Avoid this seller. Seriously, just read these abysmal reviews (I wish I had). They are a poorly run family business that sells things at slightly cheaper cost to attract people looking for the cheapest option, but cannot maintain inventory and it's most likely you will never receive your product. My item was marked "shipped" and I was supposed to have received my item a month and a half ago, but after having numerous emails to customer service ignored and being lied to by the phone customer service team about ghost re-shipments, it became apparent this item would never arrive. They blamed the manufacturer and didn't take ownership of the fact that they were the ones listing the item as in-stock, when they claim it was "backordered". I even tried a different size they had listed as "in-stock" and without any update/notice I had to call after the promised delivery date only to be told again it was backordered and they gave me the same inaccurate future shipping estimate (always 3 to 7 days). My only guess is that this company hopes for low cost items, people will forget ordering them and they can pocket the cash if they never call in and inquire about missing items. Spend the extra few dollars and buy with a reliable vendor like Amazon, who knows how to manage their inventory and can deliver the product in a useful time."

Replacement item was sent within one and a half weeks. I'm deducting a star for having been sent an empty box, but am happy with the customer service I received to fix the problem."
