"My Constellation rate is 14.4 cents per KWH. My new rate with the other company is 9.8 cents per Kwh. I added up my 2017 Constellation payments and calculated that I spent $740 to much in 2017. In the past nine years that is more than $7000 over payments. I feel stupid that I didn't learn about this sooner. Your phone reps should be people that speak english as their native language."
