Sizing is way off

"After unknowingly signing up for a membership and being charged $40, I was told I couldn’t receive a refund. All I did was buy one pair of shoes and now I’m being charged for a membership. I don’t even buy shoes that often, I was just trying to treat myself. Needless to say, I’m canceling membership and will not be ordering from them again. "

The customer service is excellent
"Downside is I forgot on a number of occasions to skip a month. But I never had a problem finding something to use it on. The customer service was always excellent prompt and courteous whenever I had an exchange, or in cleaning up my account when I recently cancelled my membership because I can no longer afford it. "

"Rates are higher. Advantage is the VIP program, it adds the credit that can be used when I want. I do not need to worry about credit cards etc. However it is not using the existing credits towards the purchase. For example, if there are 4 credits it uses one credit only and I paid again from credit card which should be changed. Reduce the prices.... the same clothes are available at low rates in other websites.... who could come forward to buy the same clothes at high rates.... "

Why won’t they let me cancel?
"They’re shoes are horrible as they last only a month if you’re lucky. I ordered some clothes this time because they won’t let me cancel and I had a family emergency this last billing cycle, so I forgot to skip the month. I’m sure the clothes are going to flimsy and cheap, just like their shoes. I just wish they would let me cancel. Ive already placed a stop payment on my account, so we shall see. "
