"I’ve shopped at Goody’s for years, but it was my first time at this particular one. I came to return some items I had ordered online. As soon as the sales lady saw that I had things to return, she said “everybody always brings their returns to me “ in a negative tone and really made me feel uneasy. Returning the items was simple and harmless, it literally took just a few minutes and no one got hurt in the process, but I almost felt like I owed her an apology for making her do something that she dislikes to do! I really wanted to tell her that we all have parts of our job that we dislike, but we still do it with a smile. I’ve returned things to other stores many times in the past and have never felt like I was a burden. Needless to say, I didn’t buy anything from there and not sure I’ll be returning. I already had to drive 30 minutes to come there. In the future I’ll just drive a little farther to feel more welcomed and not a burden!"
