"Be careful when signing your "delivery ticket." What they fail to tell you (but is written in small print on their terms and agreement page) is when you sign this ticket, you're releasing the company from all liability for damages. First off, the desk we bought was way over priced. Which is my fault for not shopping around but I wanted to use a company who I thought would be better able to provide me with better service and quality furniture. I didn't want to order something from Target even though it was $200.00 cheaper. Once it was delivered, they dropped it off in our lobby and while I was with another customer shoved the "delievery ticket" in my face to have me sign so they could be on their way. Did not put **** together or even open the packaging. Once my manager and I were able to pause the work we are paid to do, we began putting our desk together only to realize the corner of the desk was cracked. Barely, but noticeable. We took a picture and called the number on the website.I began to explain what was wrong with the desk and their representative, Lori, immediately interrupted me and asked me if I had signed the liability waiver. Of course, at the time I had no idea what she was referring to so I said I did not. She then began speaking to me even more rudely about how the delivery guys would not have left had they not gotten a signature and that I had signed the it. I completely understand a contract and what it entails. I should have read what I was signing and I take full responsibility for it! But I have never been spoken to in this manner in the decade that I have been in customer service. After speaking with a supervisor, their only recourse was to tell me that we could hire someone else to fix it and they would credit us $100.00 to that technician once the job had been completed. The crack itself would cost more than that to repair. We did not want a refund, simply asking them to credit us a matching competitor's price.I would advise you not to EVER use this company!! I would much rather deal with Target or Amazon for that matter. "

"After waiting 5 months for my furniture, it came damaged. They told me I had to have them repair it and I could not get a brand new piece of undamaged furniture or any money off after paying full price at $1500. I did not want to pay full price for them to repair a mistake that was made by them. They are unethical. I had no choice but to have them repair it and pay full price, or I would have to give them $350 to return it. Insane. "
