Still waiting for the review of my item
"My 3DS was sent in and received on July the 2nd, it's been two weeks and it's status is still on received. Why have I not gotten any update for my item's sell or a payment?"

Beyond slow/FALSE ADVERTISING PRACTICES
"We have sent two packages - first on June 1st 2018. It was than inspected on 19TH of June, and according to feedback agreed to quoted value. We are now in June 23rd and got $0 dollars. Your advertising says within 10 days! IT HAS NOW BEEN ALMOST A MONTH! Naively, we sent second package during this transition on 14th June, which arrived to your facility and was opened on the 18th. The items were not evaluated yet and again WE RECEIVED NO MONEY, AND NO FOLLOW UP! Completely FALSE ADVERTISING! Where is our money????"

"I will admit, I was a little skeptical of BuyBackWorld after I read some reviews on them (this was after I had already sent them my phone). Once they received my phone I got an email saying they received it and then another email saying they had opened the box. I'm thinking, alright these guys are on their sh*t! Then I didn't hear anything from them for a week and I got nervous because I had read the reviews that these guys were shady…..so I emailed their customer service asking what was up. I got an email back in about an hour apologizing for the delay and that they had received a bunch of phones and they were backlogged. Ok, I felt a little better. The next day I get an email saying my phone had passed inspection and they were giving me the full amount of the quoted price (my iPhone 6 was in excellent condition without a single scratch because I've always had a case and screen protector). Yay, awesome! The next day I got an email saying my money was on the way, I decided on an actual check so I knew it would take a few days to get to me. Exactly one week later I received my check in the mail and it's deposited in my account. So all in this took 3 weeks and they totally did exactly what they were supposed to do."

"Jimmy was great, I quickly sent over several hardware items to Jimmy for review. He Quickly sent me over the updated dollar amounts for my items. I was pleasantly surprise at the amounts that they gave me for my items. So I approved the quote, quickly received my shipping labels and shipped the items. Then with a couple of week the check came in the mail. I am now on my 4 set of Hardware items mailing them to BuyBackWorld. I would totally recommend them to anyone who is clearing out their old IT items from their company."

A little confusing
"According to my account my tablet arrived at the facility on May 31st it's now 10 June and I still have not herd nor has anything on my account changed from received yet tomorrow makes the 7th business day and its puzzling to read all these reviews and everything that says they work fast but this is crazy please someone let me know in the comments or something if you have had this same problem with them before I mean if they would just reach out and tell me something let me know if there is a delay or backlog something in an email call me do something I wouldn't give this 1 star I also sent them an email last week and they still to this day as of 0034 CDT have not responded yet."

"I was eager to try out BBWorld, as someone who has previously worked in the reselling business, I found their ORIGINAL quotes very fair. That was the end of my satisfaction with the company. It took over two weeks AFTER they received my two phones to inspect them. It says online inspection takes 2 days. They sent me the quote on ONE phone, taking off $100, saying there was “dust inside the camera.” That phone was new, so I guess Apple put the dust inside the camera. Having experience in reselling phones, I know that phone was in excellent condition. Still have not heard back about my second phone, it’s almost been a month. Horrible service, will not be using again."
