"I received flowers from a someone that used bloomex. The flowers were all wilted and falling apart...not to mention the smell thatbout iff when bad. In contacting Bloomex 5 times with pics immediately upon receiving flowers they never gave an aplogy or tried to make it right. They told me to tell the sender. REALLY??? IT WAS NOT THERE PROBLEM...IT WAS NEGLECT ON BLOOMEX FOR NOT HONORING WHAT THEY ADVERTISE. Needless to say the flowers were a waste of money...but I appreciate the sender and the kindness the sent me. BLOOMEX SUX"
Worst customer service ever.
"I ordered flowers for my girlfriend to be delivered on her birthday Aug 14. The lady I spoke to on the phone confirmed the date with me twice. I requested a morning drop off because she was going shopping just before lunch. When she didn’t receive the flowers I tried to call the company but they do not receive calls you have to live chat or email. In which they informed me the delivery date they processed was Aug 15. My girlfriends flight was early in the morning and wouldn’t be able to recieve the flowers so I told them to cancel the order. They told me there is a $25 cancellation fee which I refused to pay so they wouldn’t cancel the order. So they delivered the flowers to nobody and except me to pay full price. I will be contacting my credit card company and would NEVER use this company ever again. "
Atrocious Customer Service
"Atrocious customer service, no ability to speak to a manager when an issue arises, agents on live chat are not empowered to resolve issues, phone numbers provided on invoice, order confirmation and website are not in service and their "how did we do" survey links are inactive. Bloomex has lost my business f and I will be sharing my opinion with everyone I know."
Flowers not good
"Flowers did not look like anything I expected. They did not look fresh. They looked half wilted like flowers you buy at Costco. I could have bought Better flowers there. Def not worth the price paid. Do not buy from here. Very disappointed. "
I was naive
"When I saw all the bad reviews I thought I might have to avoid it but when the customer service agent when he said bad reviews are from small local flower shops trying to discredit them and even told me that they will refund the order if something happens I believed him. Even went ahead and wrote a review to get a coupon for my next order. I actually found this website trying to edit it and change it to 1star.So I tried to do a morning delivery to someone in a hospital and it was never delivered under the bad excuse that they could not find which room the recipient was in and even called and could not get the info. I called and under 60 seconds was able to find the person while not even in the hospital. This proves how incompetent the delivery service is. On top of that, trying to have me pay for re-delivery fees. After complaining, they say they cannot refund me and can only issue a store credit. I am still baffled. "
BEWARE HUGE SCAM CON-ARTIST!!!
"I wish I read the reviews prior to ordering it look like a legit site they’re huge scam artist. I ordered $100 Canadian of fresh fruit bouquet flowers a balloon and a card to be delivered to my cousins wedding in Banff. Alberta. I even have the Purolator number that they said it was delivered and it never was delivered and contacting them you can only speak to somebody through email chat named Matt. He promised me and be delivered five days later and that’s today. And once again it’s not delivered and the message she sends me now is that it still can be delivered. My cousin doesn’t live in Banff and they’re leaving. I’m so annoyed I’m so mad there’s no refunds no money back and they said they can only credit you. so disappointed!!! "

"I had to be out of the country on my son's birthday, so I ordered to have balloons delivered to the rehab hospital where he was living. Delivery confirmation said they left it at the door. Why would they have to do that? The facility is always open. 28 people live there plus staff. There is always someone there and the front door is open - it is a business – the receptionist confirmed she was there and there was no delivery.Bloomex has no one to speak to for customer service - you have to communicate by email. They answered most of my queries with standard replies "Your order was delivered" and their delivery policies. Funny they don't have any policies that say what happens when they leave at the wrong address (i.e. driver error). So at the end of the day, NO delivery, NO customer service, NO refund.Do NOT trust them with your business. "
Love & Laughter bouquet a total failure
"They replaced the daisies with chrysanthemum and the total effect of the bouquet is wasted. The presentation vase is never available even if you want to buy it. We also ordered 3 Mylar balloons and our friend received only one. They gave me a store credit but if the situation is repeated definitely I will look elsewhere for a flower delivery."
Time for a different choice....
"I have ordered on 10 different occasions and all but 2 were quite good. This last one was not a perfect experience because I asked for the floral arrangement to be delivered yesterday. I sent a text to my friend asking if they had received their flowers, and the reply was 'what flowers?'When I called Bloomex, I asked if I could have the delivery charges reversed due to the late delivery / embarrassement, and they said, we don't have a customer service line by phone, only by email - someone will contact you. Then they hung up on me. Maybe it's time to make a different choice."
BEWARE they have issues delivering on time.
"I order a 200$ funeral arrangement (in Montreal, Quebec) with instructions that the arrangement should be delivered early Saturday am. Flowers arrived after 5pm when service was over. Truly disappointing experience but thought it could have easily been a mistake. When I spoke to customer service they were apologetic. I used Bloomex once again for a funeral (in Nanaimo, BC) because the logistics of ordering flowers was so simple and I was on vacation in Japan with limited access to other vendors. This time they confirmed my order, but then on the day of the funeral, the arrangement was never delivered. The first time I contacted Bloomex to advise them a delivery had not been made, they told me it was on it's way. The second time I contacted them to tell them a delivery still had not been made, they informed me a delivery would NOT be able to be made that day (Saturday) but they could deliver the flowers 4 days later (Tuesday). I explained that the order was placed and confirmed 48 hours prior with a surcharge for Saturday delivery and no one advised me a delivery would not be possible. Only in this scenario, they offered to refund my money or give additional flowers. I took the refund and will never use this service again. It shouldn't matter the occasion, but I do believe that if they were unable to deliver the flowers for a funeral they should have at least advised me. Truly a horrible experience. BEWARE. "

Dead Flowers &Broken Vase
"I normally don't take the time to write reviews but the experience with Bloomex was so horrible that I had to share and hopefully save someone else from wasting their money and time fighting with the company. Short version of my experience is this: ordered flowers $90+ worth and a vase for someone quite sick and vase was delivered broken and shattered and Purolator (delivery co.) feltlt bad and went out and bought new one that day but still delivered same flowers. By the time order was filled/shipped on June 7 and flowers were delivered on June 15th, they were all dead. Asked for delivery date to be June 8th when ordered. Company would not replace anything unless photos were taken to prove dead flowers but I wasn't going to ask sick recipient to do this as she had alot of other things to deal with just coming out of the hospital. Common sense would be that since it took the flowers a full week to be delivered from when they were shipped, they wouldn't be fresh or alive anymore. Horrible company to order from and no honour in makings things right or reimbursing. Don't waste your money. "
WASTE OF $$$, Terrible customer service
"I will never ever use this company again. After having a great experience last month we used them again expecting the same service - we got the opposite. Our sympathy flower delivery went “missing” and has been under investgation at Bloomex for a week. Online chat is completely useless and will only say “wait for a manager to contact you”. Since I did not receive the service I paid for and I do not want our client receiving sympathy flowers for her husband’s passing 2-3 weeks late the only solution for Bloomex would be to issue a refund. But do you think you can talk to anyone who has that authority?? No you can’t. Now we are out $55 and a very important client of ours has not received anything from us. Do yourself a favour and use a local flower company or the many other online delivery services that offer far superior service than Bloomex.1. DO NOT order from Bloomex 2. If you have already paid and not received the service you paid for, call your credit card company & dispute the charge. 99% of the time your credit card company will reverse the charge & go after the merchant for the loss3. Write a review for this company anywhere you can! Warn others so it doesn’t happen to them."
Terrible value, do not meet their commitments and awful after care
"I wish I had checked these reviews before I used Bloomex recently. Advertised as being able to deliver same day, they even confirmed that delivery had been made around 6pm via email. I found out that delivery was made the next morning. When I went back to them, they told me that they had emailed to let me know, but I only had received the email confirmation for delivery. I asked for a refund of the amount of same day delivery which was around $15. They agreed, but only credited me $5. You'd think after my follow up, that they would have done the decent thing and credited back the full amount, but I guess they felt that they should still charge me for the next day delivery. Lucky it wasn't an important event that required the delivery on the same day. Finally, the flowers.....looked nice enough, but I cannot describe how small and nothing like the picture they were - I was embarrassed when I saw the bunch which was for some close friends and a special occasion. Never ever use these people again or recommend them."
