"I ordered a tulips and lilies bouquet from bloomex for my girlfriends birthday. Sadly I did not read the reviews prior to my order. I shall list the issues I received. The delivery person didn’t ring the doorbell, they left the flowers upside down again the door. The flowers were 70% dead, some were broken, and I didn’t even receive lilies. I contacted bloomex and they said they would review my order, they never replied. When contacted the live chat, I told them I emailed them 6 times to no avail. The live chat stopped responding to me. They are an absolute scam. Do not order, you have been warned."
"Wrong day delivery, overcharged on delivery (quoted $14.99, charged $19.98). Paid over $70 for a small cake that was a day late and missed the recipient. Was already over priced to begin with, but felt it was worth it with promised delivery date. Turns out it wasn’t even in the same province on the ‘delivery date’. No personal follow up. No compensation/refund - nothing!!! Have used bloomex consistently since 2010, will not be using them again!!"

"Unfortunately, this is our second bad experience with Bloomex. Last year, we sent flowers to our daughter for her birthday using Bloomex and they arrived a week late. She forgot this fact and sent flowers to me for Mothers' Day. They arrived today, ten days late. The flowers are lovely and in good shape so I know they have not been travelling for ten days. So something is definitely wrong with the ordering system. How this company stays in business is beyond me. If you want flowers for a special occasion, steer well away. "

"After ordering my daughter's birthday flowers two weeks in advance they didn't arrive on time. I was told they would upgrade them as an apology and deliver the same day. I thought about then decided NO I want to cancel order. The second chat agent gave me a totally different story. When I told him I got a different story from, gave name, he changed his story. Asked to cancel, which he cannot do but would have the Customer Service Manager contact me via email. However there is a $25 cancellation fee, which I told him in no uncertain terms I would not pay because this is there error not mine. As this point no flowers have been delivered and no email from Customer Service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Ordered flowers for mothers day 3 days in advanced having to pay extra for them to be delivered on Mothers day. this was my first time living out of town and I was so pumped to surprise my mom.... well she never got them. Called and called bloomex no answer, there chat is just some stupid automated service that tells me I can get store credit or a re-send... this is now 2 days after mothers day, the surprise is over and I am so beyond bitter with this company I want nothing but my money back. they refuse and tell me the flowers were in fact delivered the day after mothers day... so now I guess i am just a sucker who is out 100.00 of my hard earned money and my mother got nothing from me because that 100.00 was specifically saved for her gift. Thanks to Bloomex for ruining my fist mothers day out of town AND calling me a liar. Their "we care" motto is the most inaccurate statement of all time. they in fact do not care. Hopefully the claim I filed with my credit card company will help me get a re-fund for the money I spent of invisible flowers. "
"Ordered for same day delivery with really high delivery charge. When I checked in to see the status, chat representative told me that in my area, they don't actually do same day delivery during the week, something you never would have known from the website. Feel like an idiot."

"I ordered 130.00 dollars worth of flowers for my mother on Mothers Day. First of all when they arrived they looked COMPLETELY different then the photos depicted, including much smaller in size and a noticeable lack in flower quality. The card that supposedly came with it was literally typed up on the back of the receipt. But worse than both of these things, my flowers arrived two days early. I used this over priced company because they advertised delivery ON Mothers Day. When I wrote to their costumer service department explaining my horrible experience I received and automatic email back saying that they had received my email and would get back to me within 48 hours. Its been two weeks.. I've heard nothing. "

"This flower company is the WORST and they are THIEVES!!!!The last 3 times I ordered flowers they did not arrive on time - EACH TIME THIS HAPPENED! I had to live chat with their idiot CC reps who then re-scheduled the orders (Please note, I am not a complete ****, I had in a stupid thought process signed up for their platinum membership at $39.99 for a year of free shipping hence why I kept re-ordering with them)Finally I have had it with them due to pre-ordering flowers for mothers day which NEVER arrived. They should have shown up May 12 and it is now May 19th with no flowers in sight. I emailed, live chatted and called (no one answers) I FINALLY received a generic email stating that Bloomex does NOT provide refunds.. Awesome, so no flowers, no refund...**** out of luck. Absolutely the worst, would never recommend or order here again and now I'm out $40 - LOSERS!"

Don't use Bloomex
"I used Bloomex a couple of times a few years ago at work to send flowers to co-workers having children and it worked find. I wanted to send flowers to a departing co-work this year and the experience was so different. I The picture of Tulips looked very nice, so I ordered then to arrive next day, paying extra for before noon delivery. They didn’t show up on time so when I called I had trouble getting help on the phone as they push you to their online chat, but finally got help. They asked to send the order elsewhere, then deliver a another day (it was Friday and the persons last day) They finally agreed to deliver that day and the package arrived around 4PM. The flowers looked dead and the card was bent out of shape. When I sent images of the flower and card the agreed to give me a credit but no refund, not even for the early delver charge.Now a couple of months later I decided to use the credit for a basket of chocolate rather than flowers. I had to use $55 credit in one shoot so I order a supersize basket with a card total around $40, and I had to pay tax and deliver. But they sent the standard size with card, around $30. Still waiting for resolution. But I will never use them again and can’t recommend them to another else."

102 year old Mother missed Mother's Day
"I don't live in the same area as my Mother so I rely on a florist to live up to commitments. I ordered the flowers the week before Mother's day and paid for delivery on Saturday (knowing it was crazy busy on Sunday). I was not contacted but they were not delivered. So my 102 year old mother did not receive the gift. When I tried to contact them, they had so many issues that they shut down the call in line. Their chat line basically said - what do you want an apology we were busy that weekend - do you want the delivery money refunded? I asked to be contacted so that we could address it properly and was told by Tina we can talk only here. Don't depend on them to do the right thing."
