" This company is nothing short of fraudulent scam artist. I received an offer including a nice pen stating that I could purchase the pens at a special price of .59 . Against my better judgement I fell for it and placed an order. I thought what could go wrong well when the pens were shipped they originally charged my credit card at the proper amount, then without explanation they credited my card with the original amount and recharged it at triple the cost. I than disputed the. Charges with my card company but was denied by Amsterdam. I will Never order from them again!"

We believe that this helps to remind our clients/patients that we care and appreciate them. We work very hard to establish a relationship with our patients/clients to make their experience a positive pleasant one and believe that is what draws them back to our establishment for future Med Spa visits. "The quality of the note pads was good but getting my order correct was not. I received several emails with questions and even after answering their questions and sending in more proofs of art work my order was not correct. It took a while to get it (even though it was incorrect) so therefore they did not have time to reprint and give me what I ordered. They did offer a discount on the product they sent after I had to ask for a better discount. I kept what I had because I needed something to pass out to my new teachers. I am very disappointed in not getting what I ordered.Unhappy person"

Not What I expected
"Not What I expected. When the product arrived I was not pleased. I ordered the bookbags for a back to school bash. The straps are just plain adjustable straps, not traditional bookbag straps. The width and depth are not as they appear in the picture displayed. Due to the timing I was stuck with these. They did it but I would not purchase them again."

"I had made up a very special three part slide show to music celebrating the New York State Covered Bridge Society's 50 Years, and it would not fit on a DVD. The fact that it would fit on this 8G flash drive and be able to be imprinted was the perfect solution! I ordered them in emerald green since our society colors are green and gold, then put them in a gold organza bag and PRESTO PERFECT!!! "

I didn't need any additional pens, but their sales associate said they were having a 25% off special, I was like okay, I'll order the identical pens. Upon receiving my invoice, I was actually charged 40% more than what I paid for in my initial order. I paid .59 cents per unit my initial order Invoice # 5964236 , but paid .99 cents per unit Invoice #6033527 with the so called 25% off. I'll pay it, but will not order from them again. I just feel like they were being sneaky when the sales associate said it was on sale for 25% off and its actually costing me 40% more than what I paid initially. Dirty little trick."
